• As each of our designs are handmade to order form each customer's specific sizing/measurements - we do not offer refunds. However, providing that your order was not perfect for you the first time around, we always offer free alterations/ or exchanges in some cases to ensure you are happy with your purchase from us! • Please note that once an order has been placed, the costs are then bound to us as a company (ordering in the necessary fabrics required for your order etc) therefore unfortunately we are unable to refund or return your purchase if you simply change your mind or wish to cancel your order, so please be careful when selecting the designs you want most.
